Disabled Access

Weston Museum is working towards being as accessible as possible. There is a lift for wheelchair users and those who cannot manage stairs to access the main upper floor galleries. Due to the nature of Clara’s Cottage being built in 1865, this part of the museum is unfortunately not completely accessible to wheelchair users due to narrow corridors and a staircase. For more information, head to our page on accessibility.

Clara’s Café

Clara’s Café offers a good range of delicious food & drink. From our homemade cakes and loose leaf tea to our varied light lunch options, you’ll be sure to find something you love! Opening times for the cafe are Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 – 15:00. Our lunch menu is available until 14:30. For more information, please visit Clara’s Café page.

Gift Shop

Our gift shop is home to a variety of local suppliers, who each create something unique and handcrafted. We love to support local crafters, authors and producers, as it helps support Weston’s local economy. For more information on our shop, please visit the shop page.

Clara’s Cottage

Step back in time as you enter Clara’s Cottage. A traditional late Victorian home showcasing the history of Clara Payne, whose family lived there for many decades.
